MR LIM KEE WAY IRWIN
INDEPENDENT AND NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN |
Mr. Lim Kee Way Irwin brings over three decades of strategic leadership and financial expertise to the Board. Appointed as Independent and Non-Executive Chairman on April 30, 2024, he has served as an Independent Director since May 2019. As Managing Director of Inflexion Ventures Private Ltd., Mr. Lim provides high-level business consultancy across diverse industries, bolstered by his roles as an Independent Director for SGX-ST Mainboard-listed LHT Holdings Limited and Pacific Radiance Ltd.
His career began in 1990 with the Economic Development Board of Singapore, followed by specialized roles in market penetration and investment strategy at Technomic International Inc. He further honed his private equity expertise at Transpac Capital, Murray Johnstone, and Asiavest Partners, spearheading investments throughout Southeast Asia. A veteran of the semiconductor industry, Mr. Lim joined United Test and Assembly Center Ltd. (UTAC) in 2003, playing a key role in its 2004 listing. He eventually rose to Group CFO, overseeing complex M&A and global financial operations. Most recently, he held senior leadership positions as Operating Partner and CFO of Novo Tellus Capital Partners and Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition, and served as Chief Investment Officer at Capital Asia Investments. Mr. Lim’s academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University in New York City. |
MR LOO HEE GUAN

Mr. Loo Hee Guan was appointed to the Board on 1 March 2024 as Executive Director. Mr Loo oversees corporate affairs, business rationalisation and development, investor relations, as well as compliance and corporate governance.
Mr Loo graduated from Monash University, Australia with Bachelor of Economics majoring in Accounting and Bachelor of Laws, and was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1995. He has worked in various established law firms in Malaysia, prior to setting up his own law practice, Enolil Loo Advocates and Solicitors in 2003, a boutique corporate legal firm. He has over 28 years of experience in legal practice and his practice areas include corporate commercial, corporate finance, corporate restructuring and recovery, foreign direct investment, take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, structured finance, infrastructure and concessions, energy, real estate and trust. Through his legal practice, he has vast exposures in the industries including infrastructure, food & beverages, manufacturing, construction, retailing, property development, information technology, oil palm plantation, oil and gas and energy sectors. |
MR TAN BOON HWA

On September 28, 2023, Mr. Tan Boon Hwa joined our Board as an independent director. With more than three decades of experience in global banking institutions such as ABN AMRO Bank, Bank of America, and Standard Chartered Bank, Mr. Tan has led senior teams in product and client coverage roles across Southeast Asia and Europe. He is a seasoned international banker with work experience in capital markets and corporate banking within investment and wholesale business units. Notably from his time at these institutions, he gained exposure across a broad spectrum of industries and fund-raising exercises for corporates, financial institutions and governments. Mr Tan is also an independent director on the board of Gallant Venture Ltd which is listed on the SGX-ST Mainboard.
In addition to holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of New South Wales, he is also a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and an Accredited member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. |
MS PAULINE TEH @PAULINE TEH ABDULLAH

Ms Pauline Teh was appointed to our Board on 1 April 2024 as Independent Director. She has 28 years of experience in corporate advisory. Pauline is a former Executive Director of Crowe Advisory Malaysia and a former Board Member of Export-Import Bank Malaysia Berhad. Her expertise spans managing corporate turnarounds, facilitating cross-border mergers and acquisitions, overseeing IPOs, reverse takeovers, debt restructuring, and fundraising. Pauline graduated from the University of Hull with a Master Degree in Business Administration (Finance). She is also a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia.
Currently, she sits on the board of Boustead Holdings Berhad and several other private companies in Singapore and Malaysia. |
MR MARK NEAL BARNARD

Mr Barnard was appointed to the Board as Independent Director on 10 November 2025.
Mr. Barnard is a highly experienced veteran in the beverage business. He was previously the CEO of Octopus Distribution Networks Pte. Ltd. (“ODN“) from March 2015 to October 2019 and his understanding of ODN thus positions him well in exercising oversight of the Group’s businesses as an Independent Director. Prior to his tenure at ODN, Mr. Barnard was the Chief Commercial Officer (Asia Pacific) of Diageo PLC from 2008 to 2011 and Global Chief Commercial Officer from 2011 to 2014. At Diageo, Mr. Barnard was responsible for the implementation of the transformation of Diageo’s Route to Consumer across the world that led to significant incremental sales and supply chain savings. Prior to joining Diageo, Mr. Barnard spent 23 years with Unilever , holding Senior Executive Leadership roles across the world. Mr. Barnard was a board member and shareholder of IQPS, a marketing and distribution company in Cambodia from 2017, that was subsequently acquired by InterBrew Pte. Ltd. to form a joint venture under BevFood Holdings Pte. Ltd., where Mr. Barnard remained as a board member and shareholder to-date. Mr. Barnard was also Chairman of Harvest Health & Recreation Inc., a Canada listed medical company from 2018 to 2020. Since 2014, Mr. Barnard had also held various advisory positions at some of the world’s leading management consultancy and asset management firms, which included The Blackstone Group and CVC Capital Partners. Mr. Barnard was also a Global Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Co. Ltd and most recently, he took on the role as a Bain Consulting Advisor. Mr. Barnard is a “Keeper of the Quaich”, an international society that recognizes those who have shown outstanding commitment to the Scotch Whisky industry. Mr. Barnard has a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organisation Psychology from the University of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. |
