Compliance Executive (Customs)

The candidate reports to the Assistant Manager, Compliance and will assist in the following job duties below:
Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to Group Operations Team for Duties & Dutiable Goods
Handle full set of import /export/removal/ documents, permit declarations and custom clearance.
Reconciliation of inventory cycle count lists
Create & maintain accurate SKU data in customs system
Ensure compliance in accordance with regulatory requirements
Ensure that all goods moving in/out of the licensed warehouse are covered by cargo clearance permit
Ensure that the customers have obtained the necessary clearance from the relevant authorities
Work closely with customers and internal departments for Duty and GST payments
Work closely with procurement and shipping agents to gather all required information for permit declaration
Liaise with Customs and other authorities on approval for operational activities
Assist in adhoc projects

Job Requirements:

Salary: $2,600 - $3,300
