MR PAUL HOPKINS

Mr Hopkins was appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer with effect on 1 October 2025. Mr Hopkins is responsible for the Group’s overall management, including overseeing the operations, setting directions for new growth areas and developing business strategies.
Mr. Hopkins brings to GS Holdings more than 35 years of experience in the global beverage industry, including senior executive roles across Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Most recently, he served as general manager at Maritime and Mercantile Asia Pacific, where he oversaw a business portfolio with combined revenue of more than US$250 million per year, including Maritime and Mercantile International’s (“MMI”) partnership with Royalton Platinum in Singapore as well as at Independent Wine & Spirit in Thailand, from 2023 to 2025. Prior to his role in Southeast Asia within the MMI group, Mr. Hopkins was Managing Director of MMI Tanzania and Head of Retail at MMI UAE. At MMI UAE, Mr. Hopkins led retail operations for MMI’s portfolio of over 50 stores across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah from 2012 to 2018. MMI is a leading beverage distributor and retailer with operations in the UAE, Seychelles, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Singapore, and is part of the Emirates Group. |

Mr Ng is appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect on 1 April 2024. Mr Ng is responsible for the Group’s finance and accounting functions and other corporate and regulatory matters.
Mr Ng started his career as an external auditor with Ernst and Young LLP. Subsequently, he set up his own professional service firm, rendering managed services, financial advisory, corporate restructuring and merger and acquisitions to companies ranging from small and midsize enterprises to public listed companies across different industries. Mr Ng holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honors from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, Asean Chartered Professional Accountant and Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser. |
