The Company changed its financial year end from 31 December to 31 March with effect from FP2026. The Annual Report 2026 therefore covers the 15-month financial period from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2026, with audited comparatives for the 12 months ended 31 December 2024. Reports up to and including 2024 were published under the Company’s former name, GS Holdings Limited.
