Management Team

Dato Elaine Teh (“Dato Elaine”) was appointed Group Managing Director and Executive Director on 4 June 2026, responsible for driving profitability and business growth within the Food & Beverage Distribution Division.

She is the founder of Elanc Investment Pte. Ltd. (formerly Octopus Global Hldgs Pte. Ltd.), a Singapore-based beverage brand-management, market-access and distribution business, and founder and Executive Chairman of the Etagreen Group. She also serves as a director of SGX Catalist-listed Asiatic Group (Holdings) Limited and of ASX-listed Australian Vintage Ltd.

Dato Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Japanese from the University of New South Wales.

Mr Yallop was appointed Group Commercial Director with effect from July 2026. He is responsible for leading the Group’s commercial strategy and strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners across the region.

Mr Yallop brings over 20 years’ experience in the beverage and nightlife industry, with a track record spanning alcohol distribution, hospitality operations and brand development across Asia. He joined Octopus Distribution Networks in 2016 as Business Development Manager, progressing through Head of Sales, Category Manager and Head of Commercial before being appointed General Manager – Sales in 2025, taking on expanded responsibility across sales, category management and commercial strategy.

Prior to Octopus Distribution Networks, Mr Yallop held senior operational and brand leadership roles across the region, including Director at The Podium Lounge, during which time the brand expanded into Australia, Monaco and Abu Dhabi, and Executive Director of Marketing & Entertainment at Pangaea, Marina Bay Sands. He also held senior roles within the Mandarin Oriental group in Singapore and Malaysia.

Mr Ng was appointed Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 April 2024. He is responsible for the Group's finance and accounting functions as well as other corporate and regulatory matters.

Mr Ng began his career as an external auditor with Ernst & Young LLP. He subsequently established his own professional services firm, providing managed services, financial advisory, corporate restructuring and M&A advisory to companies ranging from SMEs to public listed companies across multiple industries.

Mr Ng holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honors from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, and an Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser.
